There are many hostels or mini-hotels ranging from USD 08 to USD 20 per night in every tourist cities in Vietnam. If you are backpacker, here are the lists :

+ Ho Chi Minh City : Pham Ngu Lao Street %26amp; Bui Vien Street

+ Nha Trang - plenty of them are on the main road facing the beach.

+ Hoian : Ba Trieu %26amp; Hai Ba Trung street
