i was looking to book the Emotion Cruise for 3days/2nights and have been given a reasonable price from the following tour company;

Halong Luxry tour also known as Vietnam trip advisor and run by

A Chau TTD Co., Ltd Address: 56 Ma May St., Hoan Kiem Dist., Hanoi with International Tour Operator License 0752/2007/TCDL

Has anyone ever heard of them and are they a trustworthy and reputable company.

Also has anyone stayed on the Emotion ?

I got a quote from Saigon Tourist for a 5day trip to Sapa, Lao Cai, almost full board, which includes a overnight cruise on Halong. I heard its more pricey than the rest as its not a fly by night operator.

If you look thru the forum though, other people had stated their experiences with similar packages, at lower prices.

Its steep to me as well, but perhaps due to my budget being lower.

above link is a internet page from the official website of emotion cruise, so I think your price is a bit too high.

I%26#39;ve seen some other sites showing prices lower than this link but I can%26#39;t remember.

If you book directly to the owner company of the cruise, I think you at least will be safer in terms of over book problems that sometimes seem to be happening.

There is only one Cruise name Emotion. But there are many other prices depend on the contract they provide to different tourist company.

There is 3 different kinds of cabin on Emotion cruise:

+ Suite room : $ 420usd/Room

+ Deluxe room : $ 340usd/Room

That all included : - Shuttle bus for 2ways

- Meals(B/L/D)

- English speaking guide

- Kayak

- All entrance fees

- Welcome drink
