Other budgeted venue will charge you around usd5 for a 45min course. You can find a lot of these in the Old Quarter area.

We just visited the SF Salon and Spa (16 Hang Buom) and we do NOT recommend it. The prices are on the higher end ($23 for 2-hr massage, $17 for 1.5-hour) and the service does not nearly match the price. The spa interior is OK, but the noise from the street blasts in through the thin walls, making the entire experience quite stressful. Our massage ladies also chatted amongst themselves while performing our massages. Also, their charges are in dollars, and if you pay in dong as we did, they will use an extremely high conversion rate (17,700 -- 300 higher than the luxury resort we stayed at!). We were really disappointed and wished we had access to more reviews before we booked!
Go to Majestic Salute hotel at 56 Hang Duong str, get to the back end, 2th floor. Really good and clean massage. price is $8-$10 for an hour. Free steam bath and zacuzzi.
Note: this service doeen%26#39;t belong to the hotel and I highly reco.
