Hoian Full Moon Festivals - from Mar 2009 to Mar 2010

Could you please tell me what is the full moon festival. My husbad and I will be i Hoian on the 8 May, what should we expect?

I must thank Mr Phuoc as I emailed him re info for September just now and I have been looking up all his answers to the forums to glean information and just found this.

I believe the full moon festival is when all the merchants in the old town put up colourful lit lanterns with their company name on them and turn off the electricity and there is also a small parade down the street and along the waterfront....lovely I expect and do hope to see.
