urgent help needed!!!

Hi all, i am confused now. please all the vietnam expert please help me up. i need to book flight ticket already.

I am deciding to book either 10days or 12 days in vietnam but i dont know which one is better? based on the places that i would like to visit below, pls advice whether i should go 10 days or 12 days?

according to the flight ticket, i will reach HCMC around 9am and i will leave HCM around 7pm.

the places i plan to go:

HCMC

Mui Ne (just to see the sand only, so i assume one day is enough)

straight go to na trang from mui ne, (estimate to stay here for 3 days 2 nite? will it be too much?)

from na trang straight go to hoi an, on top of that i also plan to do a day trip to my son.

from hoi an, straight go to hue.

then from hue back to HCM to catch my flight.

so in ur opinion, should i go for 10 days or 12 days is enough to discover all of the mentioned above? thanks
