my wife and I just did the mekong delta trip with Sinh Cafe

we did the one night 2 day tour which was 385,000 per person twin share rather than the single day 195,000 per person

after the first day which is about a 3 hour drive you go down the river but no floating markets as they have finished by the time the coach arrives you stop at a few rice paper making villages stop a another village for lunch and back to Saigon. But the over night you go to a budget hotel go out for dinner, have free breakfast then about a 3 hour trip on the river with all the hustle and busle of the markets which is well worth seeing then down secluded small riverways and to a rice mill then after luch back to Saigon.

If you can afford the time go overnight but if not the one day is ok just to get a feel of the place.
