I am traveling to Vietnam and Cambodia in April %26amp; May. Here a couple of parts of my itinerary: I am wanting to take a boat trip through the Mekong Delta into Cambodia, spend a few days at Angkor Wat and then fly back to Vietnam - all the way to Dalat (thru HCMC) - then end up in Hue and fly fro Hue to HCMC to catch my plane back to the US.
Questions:
Recommended boat trip thru Mekong to Cambodia? (preferably all the way to Phon Phen but possibly just the border?)
Best way to book plane tickets? Should I contact a tour company? wait until I%26#39;m in HCMC and find a travel agent? book online?

We did the boat trip with Sinh Cafe, found on De Tham Street. Really good, cheap and reliable with good reputation- beware any fakes on the internet. Just book it when you get there. There are many combinations for this trip so best to go along and discuss.
Flights are probably best booked when you get there. Availability is generally good and prices cheaper.

we got our hotel to book our flights with a travel agent(kymerfly@yahoo.com) in Siem Reap,and then we paid for them when we arrived.
